Property Management Service Contract
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) acquires properties as a result of foreclosures on VA-guaranteed and VA-financed loans. These acquired properties are marketed for sale through a property management services contract that was awarded to BAC Home Loan Servicing, LP.
VA acquired properties are listed for sale at http://va.equator.com and through local Multi Listing Systems (MLS) by local listing agents. If you are interested in buying a VA-acquired property, please contact a local real estate broker of your choice to see the property.

VA Home Loan Program Eligibility
You can get a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) in any of three ways:
- Apply online.
Go to eBenefits online and select the Log I link under the Housing section on the bottom right. You will need login credentials to request a Certificate of Eligibility (COE). If you need to request login credentials, you can simply click on the "Request/Activate a DoD Self-Service Login" link below the login area.
- Apply through the lender.
Your lender can submit your application online for you. Click here for a list of evidence you will need to apply.
- Apply by mail.
Use VA Form 26-1880. If you can't print the form, just call 1-888-768-2132 and follow the prompts for Eligibility. We can mail it to you.
