After over twenty years of exemplary Military service, I retired from the United States Marine Corps in January of 2002. I immediately set out in my career as a Realtor in Beaufort, South Carolina. While working in Beaufort I was an active member of The Beaufort County Association of Realtors. I was a member of the Board of Directors for several years and I was also voted Realtor of the Year 2004. I am a certified Real Estate Instructor specializing in Post Licensing courses.

I recently relocated to Walterboro South Carolina and have joined the Century 21 team of Girardeau Realty. I am married to Randy Crosby of Walterboro SC and I have two adult children. I am a FULL service Real Estate professional who can guide you through all the phases of a sale or purchase.

Hello, My name is Victoria Culpepper. I grew up in Walterboro, went to school from elementary to high school. I moved away after graduating high school in 1978 and returned to my home town in 1993. 1 started my real estate career alongside my father, Sheldon Girardeau, who has been in real estate since 1973. My wife of 55 years, Joan and I are members of Bethel Presbyterian Church in Walterboro where I have served as an elder. I am a past president of Walterboro Board of Realtors and was voted as the Realtor of the year in 2000 for our local board. Having lived in Walterboro for the past 52 years, I would say that I am fairly familiar with Colleton County and the Surrounding area.

I lived in Walterboro for four years, moved to the upstate for eight, then back to the low country. I graduated from Bamberg-Ehrhardt High and then moved to Columbia to study nursing at the University of South Carolina. After living in Columbia for five years, I moved back to Bamberg where I was inspired by my grandfather, father and aunt to besome a real estate agent. They have all been in real estate since I can remember! I thought, “What better way to start a career than with your family, who has an abundance of experience?”
