Girardeau, Sr. since June 15, 1988 and has established a solid and successful real estate firm in the Walterboro area; however, our affiliation with such a well known international brand has been tremendously beneficial.

Sheldon Girardeau, Sr., broker-in-charge, has over 38 years experience in Real Estate in Walterboro, SC and the Colleton County area. Sheldon has lived in Walterboro since 1959 with his wife, Joan, and three children.
Working alongside her father is Victoria Culpepper, with another eighteen years of experience she was awarded the Pacesetter Gold Award by Century 21 for Outstanding Sales Achievement and Performance. Brooke Girardeau is the office manager and has recently earned her Realtors license and is working alongside her grandfather.
Also, holding her license at Century 21 Girardeau Realty is Michelle Dopson, who has 4 years experience in Real Estate. Michelle was voted by the local Board of Realtors as Agent of the year in 2009, also was Vice President of the Board in 2011 and is President-elect of the Board for the year 2012.
